갇힌 것과 / 자유로운 것의 / 경계는 / 벽이 아니라 마음이다 / 운전석을 향한 / 교차로의 파란 신호등이 / 당장 날 가두어버릴 듯 /
강렬한 눈빛으로 / 쏘아 본다
실존주의는 현실주의다라는 말이 있듯이 이 시에서의 실존은 교차로를 무대로 하는 시적 갈등이지만 그 관조의 현실적 세계는
매섭도록 차가움을 감지하는 시인의 응시적 감정이다. 슈르적 감성을 자아내는 작품이기도 하다.
